Gary Hobert has lived in the Mystic area his whole life with ties to the local community, he has thrived in his endeavors and Friar Tuck's is no exception. Along with Gary is his wife, Amy, who with their team, offer traditional Irish, English and American fare with a touch of New England flair. Friar Tuck's home is in the factory square building – right in the heart of Water Street.
